KURLAND Ragout

I love how the thick porcelain keeps my vegetable ragout piping hot through a long dinner, and the lid is just heavy enough to feel substantial without being awkward to lift.

The lid fits snugly enough that the ragout stayed steaming hot through an entire dinner party—that porcelain really holds the warmth. Beautifully glazed on the outside too, so it looks just as good on the table as it does in the oven.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the lid fits—it actually seals in the heat much better than my other serving bowls. The porcelain feels substantial and sturdy without being too heavy.
