KURLAND Tortenplatte, klein

The porcelain surface is perfectly smooth and the slight rim keeps crumbs from sliding off, which I really appreciate when serving a tall Frankfurter Kranz. It's exactly the right size for a standard recipe and looks elegant on the table without being bulky.

The plate fits my standard cake stand perfectly, and the classic white finish really makes the frosting colors pop. I served a dense chocolate cake on it last weekend, and it held up beautifully without any wobble.

The plate’s classic white finish makes my Sachertorte look almost professional on the table, and it’s sturdy enough to carry with one hand. Cleanup was a breeze after the party, too.
