Die Herstellung von KURLAND Blanc Nouveau ist mit einem außerordentlich hohen handwerklichen Aufwand verbunden. Im Laufe eines mehrstufigen Verfahrens wird das Relief mit Hilfe eines Pinsels sorgfältig herausgearbeitet. Erst nach dem letzten Brand hebt sich das Relief aus mattem Biskuitporzellan sichtbar und spürbar von den glasierten Flächen ab.
