Für den hellen Griff der Mühle wurde hochwertige, helle Eiche verwendet. Die Gewürzmühlen sind durch eine große Öffnung problemlos befüllbar, verfügen über einen breiten, sicheren Stand sowie ein stufenweise-verstellbares Mahlwerk und machen auch auf dem Tisch einiges her.
