Die Vase MANDORLA im neuen Format mit einer Höhe von 20 cm ist das kleinere Pendant zu ihrer Vorgängerin mit einer Höhe von 29cm. Die handgefertigte Vase funktioniert als eigenständiges Interior-Objekt und ist gleichzeitig der perfekte Begleiter für kurzstielige Blumen-Bouquets.
Der Stuttgarter Künstler Reiner Xaver Sedelmeier hat in Zusammenarbeit mit KPM-Chef-Designer Thomas Wenzel das MANDORLA-Design mit Porzellan verknüpft und es auf Becher, Vasen und Krüge in Zylinderform transportiert. Das mandelförmige Dekor ist im Alltag als „Riffelblech“ allgegenwärtig. Jeder kennt es: Durch die versetzt geprägten, mandelförmigen Erhebungen wird die Rutschgefahr gehemmt. Die MANDORLA Serie besticht durch die Fusion aus Funktionalität und Eleganz.
