BERLIN Platzteller - II. Sortierung

Even though it's labeled second quality, the 33 cm diameter feels perfectly generous for a dinner party; the porcelain surface is so smooth and weighty. I served a whole roast chicken on it and there was still room for sides. It looks beautiful on the table.

I was a bit hesitant about buying a second-quality item, but the porcelain is flawless — not a single chip or blemish. The 33 cm size feels wonderfully generous for a main course.

The 33 cm diameter is perfect for a proper dinner spread—everything fits without crowding. I’m genuinely impressed by how well the porcelain held up in the dishwasher after a few weeks of heavy use. The “second choice” label is invisible to me, so I’m thrilled with this purchase.
