Finally, a coffee cup that sits comfortably in my hand without that awkward top-heavy wobble. The glaze has a subtle unevenness from the "II. Sortierung" that actually gives it character.

The way Thomas Wenzel adapted the original design for this larger size is brilliant—it keeps that elegant, sculptural feel while being much more practical for my morning coffee. The porcelain has a nice weight to it, not too heavy but substantial.

Bought the second-sorting version expecting a visible flaw, but I've stared at this thing for a week and honestly can't find one. The contemporary size holds a proper morning coffee, and the handle sits nicely balanced even when it's full.
