The hand-painted letters are what sold me—each one has a slight brushstroke variation that makes it feel truly one-of-a-kind. I've been using it daily for my morning coffee and the lid clicks on securely, no leaks so far.

The hand-painted letter is genuinely gorgeous — you can see the brush strokes, so each cup really is one of a kind. I take mine to the office every morning and it keeps tea warm for the whole commute. Bought a second one as a gift and now I'm a little jealous it's not mine.
